We are looking for a friendly, stylish, and customer-focused Sales Associate/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will help our patients and customers find the perfect eyewear that fits their unique style and vision needs. This position requires communication still in both English and Chinese

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that suit their needs.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
- Utilize upselling techniques to recommend additional products or upgrades, increasing sales opportunities.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product placement, and stock counts.

Requirements





- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate technical information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers.
- Familiarity with merchandising standards, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail operations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
