Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to showcase value
- Upsell complementary items and promote current promotions to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and appealing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering personalized recommendations




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
- Follow proper phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to planograms and store standards

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales
- Experience with product demos and technical sales is highly desirable
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling communication with a diverse customer base
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, displays, and customer flow effectively
- VSA licence required
