High River Ford is looking for a motivated, experienced Sales Consultant who knows how to sell, follow up, build relationships, and close deals.

If you have previous retail or sales experience, enjoy working with people, and are motivated by earning potential and results, we want to talk to you.

- Are confident asking for the sale and closing business
- Know that follow-up is where sales are won
- Are competitive, driven, and motivated to make money
- Provide outstanding customer service and genuinely care about your customers
- Can build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
- Are organized and comfortable using CRM, phone, email, and text
- Are accountable, coachable, and willing to work hard
- Want to build a long-term career in automotive sales

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:





- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles
- Handle showroom, phone, and internet leads
- Prospect and create your own business
- Follow up consistently and professionally
- Build and maintain a solid customer base
- Stay knowledgeable about Ford products, programs, and incentives
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first contact through delivery and beyond
