Who We Are

Kendrix Technologies is a Canadian-owned and operated systems integration company, proudly operating under Kandor Management Corp., alongside Guardteck Security and Everclean Facility Services. We design and deliver integrated building technology solutions that help protect, connect, and optimize the environments people live and work in.

We believe great systems start with great people. That’s why we invest in our teams through hands-on experience, continuous learning, and meaningful opportunities to grow. When our people are supported and empowered, they deliver work that is precise, reliable, and built to last.

Our work is driven by a practical, problem-solving mindset. We focus on designing and delivering systems that meet real operational needs, with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, and long-term performance in complex environments.

We don’t just install systems, we build long-term partnerships. Every project is approached with accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way for our clients and the people who rely on these systems every day.

Our strength is our people. Every role contributes to the quality and consistency we’re known for, and every team member plays a part in building something meaningful. We are proud to be an equal prospect employer, committed to creating an environment where people can grow, collaborate, and build lasting careers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Kendrix team and be part of the work that shapes smarter, more connected buildings across Canada.

Overview

We are looking for a motivated, people-first Account Manager to join the Kendrix Technologies team. In this role you will own a portfolio of client accounts, hunt for new business, lead construction bids and RFP responses, and show up every day as a trusted partner for our clients. If you are someone who builds genuine relationships, knows how to navigate a tender process, and gets energized by being out in the field meeting people rather than sitting behind a desk, this might be exactly the chance you have been looking for.

You will be working alongside a team that cares deeply about doing things the right way, and a company that is growing fast and wants to bring the right people along for the ride.

Portfolio Focus

- Own, retain, and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts while identifying and pursuing new business aligned with Kendrix's goals and vision.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, construction pipelines, competitor activity, and potential clients.
- Represent Kendrix's business interests through meaningful attendance at industry events, trade shows, and stakeholder networking functions.
- Maintain high-level client relationships and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver on client commitments.
- Partner with operations for successful delivery of projects
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with key suppliers
