ABOUT SOCIALRISE SocialRise is a Sudbury-built sales organization operating across Canada.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You'll manage recruiting from beginning to end:

- Develop and manage job postings across Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
- Proactively source candidates instead of relying solely on incoming applications
- Conduct high-volume candidate outreach
- Run pre-screen calls and first-round interviews




- Identify candidates with the personality, work ethic and competitiveness to succeed
- Sell qualified candidates on the SocialRise opportunity
- Coordinate interviews, offers, references and background checks
- Maintain an organized candidate pipeline
- Build an ongoing talent bench
- Work directly with leadership on current and future hiring requirements
- Recruit for opportunities across multiple Canadian markets
- Track recruiting performance and identify what's producing results
- Attend career fairs and recruiting events when required

You won't be measured by how many resumes you process. You'll be measured by your ability to consistently turn:

Sourcing → Interviews → Starts → Retention → Successful Employees

We would rather hire five exceptional people who stay and succeed than fifteen people who disappear after two weeks.

That's why our performance compensation is tied to quality and retention, not simply start dates.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

- Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Staffing agencies
- High-volume recruiting
- Sales recruiting
- Sales or business development
- Call centre leadership




- Retail or hospitality management with significant hiring responsibility

You don't necessarily need a traditional HR background. You do need to be extremely positive with people.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Confident and engaging on the phone
- Results-driven
- Extremely organized
- Fast with follow-up
- A strong judge of character
- Comfortable working independently
- Accountable for their numbers
- Excited by growth rather than intimidated by it

YOU'LL REALLY GET OUR ATTENTION IF YOU…
- Have successfully recruited salespeople
- Have worked in agency recruitment or high-volume talent acquisition
- Have helped build a team from the ground up
- Have experience with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing
- Can demonstrate actual recruiting results

LOCATION & SCHEDULE

Sudbury, Ontario

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In-Person

Occasional recruiting events and career fairs may be required.
