Salt is seeking a results driven Sales Representative torepresentour leading tech client, within a retail environment (Best Buy). This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, confident in sales, and thrives in a customer facing setting. This role works Thursday-Sunday each week. (As a leading tech Sales Representative, you willbe responsible fordriving product sales,maintainingstrong retail relationships, and ensuring their in-storepresence is executed to the highest standard.

You will act as a brand expert, educating customers on products while supporting retail partners throughstrong communication, organization, and consistent execution. This position requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently, build rapport quickly, and consistently deliver measurable sales results. Operate independently while representing both Salt and leading tech company professionally Represent leading tech company as a brand ambassador within assigned retail location(s)



Build andmaintainpositive relationships with retail managers and store associates Act as the primary in store contact supporting program objectives Communicate feedback, insights, and opportunities to management and client teams SALES, REPORTING & COMPLIANCE Execute program fundamentals including sales execution and retail compliance Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets Track daily performance metrics and customer engagement outcomes/feedback Maintain accountability for execution quality and reporting accuracy Complete daily reporting and administrative requirements on schedule Support promotional initiatives and in store product focus periods Stay informed on new product launches, updates, and training materials Versatile schedule including evenings, weekends, and travel Comfortable working remotely while managing field operations and teams Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong communicationand relationship building skills Passion for technology, computers, or PC gaming considered an asset Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Reliable transportation to and from assigned retail locations Diversity fuels our thinking.
