This role reports to the Sr Manager of AI & Platform Architecture, focusing on designing and improving the Salesforce setting.

You will coach engineers and solution designers while developing end-to-end strategies for Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing systems. Your hands-on experience is essential to ensure architectural excellence in a health tech setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor engineers on Salesforce architecture and Revenue Cloud Advanced
- Collaborate with the Principal Architect on alignment and solutions
- Produce detailed High and Low-Level Designs for technical clarity




- Manage architecture roadmaps aligned with platform standards
- Develop Proof of Concepts to validate architectural solutions Requirements:
- 10+ years Salesforce experience, including 3–5 years in architecture
- Deep expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced/CPQ
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end Product-to-Cash solutions
- Strong skills in billing systems, integration design, and process improvement
- Salesforce certifications preferred Focus on driving innovation and excellence in the revenue generation process at PointClickCare.
