Your responsibilities will include leading team members, executing the Master Sanitation Schedule, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and a commitment to maintaining audit-ready environments. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sanitation activities following SSOPs
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for cleaning
- Conduct ATP swab testing for sanitation effectiveness
- Maintain sanitation inventory and chemicals
- Report operational concerns to the Supervisor

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years in a sanitation role
- 1 year of experience in a Team Lead capacity preferred
- Familiarity with GMPs and HACCP
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid leadership and communication skills
