Responsibilities
- Lead SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities work management activities across the project lifecycle.
- Configure and support work management processes supporting utility field operations.
- Design and facilitate integration between SAP Device Management and work management functions.
- Support end-to-end field service and work order lifecycle processes from creation through completion.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document functional requirements.
- Analyze existing operational processes and recommend SAP-based improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Support testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful configuration, integration, and deployment of SAP utility solutions.
- Provide functional guidance and knowledge transfer to project stakeholders and support teams.
