Partner closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Project Controls throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 from planning through commissioning • Review project scope, drawings, estimates, and execution plans to create detailed work breakdown structures and schedule logic • Identify critical and near-critical paths, monitor schedule performance, and recommend corrective actions • Integrate schedules with project budgets, resources, productivity metrics, and forecasting • Prepare project control reports, including S-curves, manpower histograms, and schedule performance updates • Analyze schedule, cost, productivity, and change management data for forecasting and decision-making • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders on scheduling standards and reporting requirements • Support proposals, look-ahead planning, project forecasting, and development of junior schedulers and project controls personnel • Travel to project sites as required and work in fast-paced construction environments, including remote locations and extended project assignments Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Target of 5 years of project planning,



scheduling, or project controls experience Experience with project controls, scheduling, forecasting, cost analysis, and performance reporting in a construction or infrastructure workplace Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project settings Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience with TILOS linear scheduling is considered an asset Detail-oriented and customer-focused Willingness to travel, work at project sites, and adapt to flexible schedules as required Demonstrates expertise in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6, with a strong focus on Earned Value Management principles and performance reporting in construction environments. Capable of analyzing data for forecasting and decision-making while collaborating effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
