The Wilder Institute's Calgary Zoo is hiring a Seasonal Retail Customer Service Representative to support gift shops, wagon rentals, and Carousel rides. You will engage visitors, process sales, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness in a quick-paced, outdoor setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of retail experience, a friendly approach with the public, and the flexibility to work weekends/holidays. This seasonal role runs from Late Oct 2026 to Jan 2027 in Calgary, AB.
