Niagara Casinos seeks a Second Cook to join our culinary team in a rapid-paced, high-energy environment. You will prep dishes from raw to finished state, rotate stock, receive orders, and maintain strict cleanliness standards to ensure top service across all casino dining outlets.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of la carte cooking experience, proficiency with grills and fryers, strong knife skills, and excellent communication.
