We are expanding our team and are currently looking for HIGH PROFILE Security Concierge team members for:

FULL-TIME security concierge roles: Schedule 1: Mondays to Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday to Sunday 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Schedule 2: Wednesdays to Sundays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Duties:

Maintain the security and safety of the premises by conducting proactive security patrols

Provide superior customer service to residents

Maintain a robust sense security presence in common areas, tower, parking areas, hallways, stairwells, surrounding walkways of the buildings and premises

Conduct hourly patrols and actively monitor cameras

Respond to emergency situations (security, medical, flood or fire) and facility emergencies (floods, elevator break downs, gate break downs). Write incident reports.

Document and report as required daily reports, incident reports, for management and client follow up

Proactively diffuse, respond and resolve difficult situations

Job Qualifications

Valid BST (British Columbia) Security License

Minimum 1 year Security experience

Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
