- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (AV, events, or related industry strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of independently managing a full sales cycle and closing new business.
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and consultative sales processes.
- Advanced experience with CRM systems and pipeline forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience developing and presenting proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Familiarity with audio-visual production and event technology is a strong asset.
