The Senior

Advisor, Compensation & Data partners with the Talent & Culture team to design, implement and continuously improve compensation programs, and to optimize HRIS processes. You will analyze data, run market studies, support annual salary reviews and incentives, and deliver training on compensation. Collaboration with HR partners and leaders in French and English is essential.
