- Advise on AI adoption strategy and SDLC operating model
- Scale delivery from isolated AI experimentation to productivity-driven outcomes




- Own shared AI infrastructure and governance standards
- Track delivery health, risks, and dependencies proactively
- Develop executive relationships and expand EPAM's footprint Requirements:
- Proven track record in AI delivery leadership
- Experience at C-suite communication and advisory roles
- Consulting experience with systems integrators or Tier 1 firms
- Robust engineering or computer science background
