First National Financial LP is seeking a Senior Application Developer in Toronto. You will analyze, develop, and implement changes within a cross-functional team, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability of mortgage systems. You will mentor junior engineers and help drive modernization initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of application development experience, robust OOP and UML skills, and familiarity with COBOL, DB2, and IBM iSeries in mortgage processing environments.
