- Lead investigations into building enclosure performance issues
- Plan and execute enclosure testing and performance verification
- Conduct thermal analyses to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with Architects to align design with sustainability goals
- Review and mentor junior team members for quality and clarity Requirements:
- 12+ years of building enclosure engineering experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role in consulting services
- Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent
- Strong background in enclosure testing and thermography
