LinkTalent Global Ltd is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to help us acquire new B2B clients and grow our recruitment and technology services.

What You’ll Sell

Recruitment & Hiring Services

- Recruitment and talent acquisition support for companies
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates
- Supporting businesses with their ongoing hiring needs

IT & Web Development Services

- Dedicated developers for client projects
- Web development and website solutions
- Development team outsourcing
- Technical resources hired or assigned to companies based on their project requirements

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients
- Generate qualified B2B leads
- Contact decision-makers, founders, HR leaders, and hiring managers
- Present LinkTalent Global's recruitment and development services
- Understand client hiring and development requirements
- Arrange and conduct sales meetings
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into paying clients
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Maintain an active sales pipeline

Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development,



recruitment sales, staffing, outsourcing, or IT services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and other channels
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals
- Strong understanding of client needs and relationship management
- Recruitment agency, staffing, SaaS, outsourcing, or software development sales experience is highly preferred

Compensation This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential.

You will earn commission for successfully bringing recent clients and closing business for LinkTalent Global Ltd.

The role is best suited for someone who is confident in B2B sales and motivated by performance-based earnings.
