- Act as an advisor to users by supporting the evolution, optimization and operation of the IT solutions under his or her responsibility.
- Ensure the management of systems, monitor their performance and ensure their alignment with business needs and organizational orientations.
- Collect, analyze and document improvement needs, coordinate change requests with the teams concerned and support the implementation of solutions.
- Plan, carry out and coordinate user testing activities, including acceptance tests, documentation of test cases and follow-up of results.
- Contribute to change management, user training and the production of required documentation (guides, procedures and work instructions).
- Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, monitoring methods, and resource utilization, including process modeling and skills development.

The profile sought is the following:





- Hold an undergraduate degree (bachelor's degree) in information technology, business administration or a related discipline.
- Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology, including five (5) years in business management.
- Have carried out business management as part of a project with a minimum scope of 10,000 person-days in the last five (5) years.
- Have participated in at least two (2) mandates of a minimum duration of one (1) year each involving the use of BPMN (Business Process Management Notation).
- Have participated in at least two (2) mandates requiring coordination and interaction with a minimum of three (3) projects.
- Have at least one (1) year of experience in managing solutions in an setting using Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform.
