The Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce/CRM) partners with Product Management, Salesforce teams, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. The role translates business objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and solution requirements to support Agile delivery within the Salesforce ecosystem. Working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, the analyst ensures requirements are complete, testable, traceable, and aligned with business goals and regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and specifications.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Conduct impact assessments, dependency analysis, and release planning activities.
- Map business data to Salesforce objects and integrated enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain documentation including process maps, data mappings, and functional specifications.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, UAT, release readiness, and post-deployment validation.
- Define reporting and dashboard requirements while ensuring compliance with healthcare and organizational regulations.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to drive successful solution delivery

Other Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications, healthcare industry experience, and Agile delivery experience preferred.
