Position Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support a critical Corporate Security Management (CSM) Transformation Project within a leading financial services organization.
- The successful candidate will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, taking ownership of the full requirements lifecycle across complex initiatives.
- This role requires someone who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders, analyze data, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and recommendations.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong Business Analysis experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to work on large, complex projects involving multiple business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

- Define the business analysis approach, activities, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with project methodology.
- Lead requirements discovery, elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify impacted groups, business needs, dependencies, and requirements.
- Facilitate discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Apply advanced elicitation techniques to uncover complex business requirements and underlying needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed business and system solution requirements.
- Prioritize requirements using appropriate frameworks to align stakeholders with business objectives.
- Estimate effort and support planning for requirements and project activities.




- Maintain high-quality requirements documentation and reusable repositories for future initiatives.

Project Delivery & Problem Solving:

- Work independently and take ownership of complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Identify and manage risks, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and potential delivery issues.
- Resolve or escalate blockers that may impact project timelines and outcomes.
- Manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with business, technology, project, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support business case development and provide research and analysis to inform project decisions.

Data Analysis & Insights:

- Analyze datasets and information to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and business insights.
- Conduct research and information gathering to support transformation initiatives.
- Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and business narratives.
- Develop presentations, storytelling, and business cases for stakeholders and senior leadership.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

- Support solution testing to validate that business and system requirements have been successfully met.
- Develop and execute test scenarios and validation activities as required.
- Identify gaps between expected and delivered functionality and work with appropriate teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure solutions align with documented requirements and agreed business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, discovery sessions, and consensus-building discussions.
- Communicate project status, findings, risks, and recommendations clearly and proactively.
- Present complex information and recommendations to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
- Manage differing priorities and perspectives while maintaining alignment toward project objectives.
- Demonstrate discretion when handling sensitive corporate security and business information.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years of progressive Business Analyst experience, with significant experience managing requirements on large and complex projects.

Strong experience in:

- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

- Experience with Office and collaboration tools, including Forms and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

- Experience with Palo Alto Networks XSOAR.
- Previous experience within the financial services or banking industry.
- Knowledge or project experience in corporate/physical security or cybersecurity.
- Advanced facilitation and consensus-building capabilities.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture or solution design methodologies.
- Experience supporting business transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
- French language skills are considered an asset.
