Oho Group is seeking a Senior Compiler Optimization Engineer for AI Accelerators in Toronto, Canada. You will own optimizations within a recent compiler and software stack designed for high-performance accelerated computing, focusing on transforming models and graphs into efficient programs for a novel accelerator architecture.

You will design graph and IR-level optimizations, develop passes for fusion, scheduling, and memory planning, and push MLIR-based pipelines to reduce workload bottlenecks
