The Constituency

Director is responsible for providing leadership and direction for all office operations and constituent services. You will supervise the Office Manager and Parliamentary Supervisor, ensuring effective delegation and prioritization.

Your role includes leading the team through political and operational challenges and enhancing service delivery through continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee workflow of the constituency office operations
- Manage sensitive constituent cases and provide guidance
- Lead office-wide initiatives and oversee key projects




- Coordinate logistics for Ministerial visits and local outreach
- Support the Member in adapting to emerging political priorities Requirements:
- Proven experience in political leadership roles
- Solid understanding of local, provincial, and national issues
- Ability to exercise sound political judgment
- Experience in managing competing priorities and deadlines
