Smith Legal Search is seeking a seasoned corporate law clerk to support a busy law firm in Canada. You will prepare and file corporate documents for incorporations, amendments, and dissolutions, coordinate provincial and federal filings, and maintain up-to-date minute books and records.

The ideal candidate has at least five years’ corporate-law clerk experience, ILCO certification, and current standing. You will work independently yet collaboratively, manage deadlines, and mentor junior staff.
