You are an experienced Senior Cost Manager with 10+ years' experience, seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment. As a Senior Cost Manager, you will be involved in: Lead the Architectural, Civil and Structural post contract cost control of several design packages Take ownership of change control and advise stakeholders on funding whether in-budget, contingency, risk or escalation Provide periodic cost / project reports incorporating estimates at completion, early warnings, cashflows and variance tracking Support the Project Manager in risk reviews and risk quantification Support the preparation and management of cost estimates, value engineering and cost planning across all project phases Mentor and support junior cost consultants and project team members Membership of Relevant Professional Organizations such as the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) or similar ~ Demonstratable experience on at least two projects that have a total value of $100M+ 100% covered health and dental benefits for you and your dependents (including paramedical services) ~ Health spending account, to top up expenses not covered in the benefits program ~ Access to a range of online learning tools, and support for career development and growth ~ We believe in work-life balance, so you can recharge and take care of what matters most with vacation,
