Masco Canada is hiring a Senior Demand Planner to lead advanced demand planning activities and drive S&OP; maturity. You will bridge Sales, Production, Finance, and Purchasing to ensure accurate, actionable demand plans and data-driven insights.

The role includes leading S&OP; for the Bathing department and the Commercial category across US/Canada, coaching demand planners, and serving as a backup for the S&OP; Manager. Hybrid work in St. Thomas, ON.
