Key responsibilities include overseeing transactions and ensuring smooth funding processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain client relationships with borrowers and brokers
- Originating commercial mortgages and managing applications
- Structure, price, and negotiate loan commitments
- Oversee loan management from inception to funding
- Supply market intelligence for investor education

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years in the commercial mortgage market
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred
- Familiarity with CMHC policy is an asset
