isgSearch is seeking a Process Engineering Specialist to develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes in an electronics manufacturing workplace. You will lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and drive continuous improvement across SMT, AOI, depaneling, and related equipment.

Responsibilities include process capability studies, DOE, root cause analysis, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and quality.
