Douglas Homes in Calgary, AB is seeking a Senior Estimator/Team Lead to guide the estimating team, review take-offs, budgets, and pricing from drawings and contracts. You will mentor staff and ensure accuracy to protect project margins.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential construction estimating, robust leadership, excellent communication with trades, and proficiency in Excel, Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools. Experience with timelines, costs, and value engineering is preferred.
