Please complete the assessment using the link below when submitting your application: https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/bo/7FG6/SeniorEAAssetManagement The Blueprint The Senior Executive Assistant is responsible for coordinating, managing, administering, corresponding, organizing, and reporting on behalf of the EVP and CFO, CHRO and CTO. This role necessitates exemplary professionalism with a commitment to discretion given the interactions between senior management across Tridel’s various operating companies, members of the Board and with Tridel’s shareholders. The role is primarily accountable to support the EVP and CFO, CHRO and CTO Key deliverables include calendar management for quarterly Board meetings and monthly Operational Reviews, including assembly and delivery of related materials.

Along with robust communication skills, the role necessitates developed organizational agility capability to ensure that tasks get completed through both formal and informal channels.





A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities

- Manage daily schedules and calendars for the EVP & CFO, CHRO, and CTO, including conflict resolution and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain the annual meeting calendar, including Board meetings, Operational Reviews, and other key leadership meetings.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, communicate requirements to presenters, and monitor the timely submission of materials to meet pre-read deadlines.
- Manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, messages, meeting requests, mail, and correspondence; prepare and send communications on behalf of executives as required.
- Coordinate the review and approval of invoices, contracts, and other documents requiring executive signature.
- Prepare monthly summaries of professional fee invoices paid.
- Support Asset Management initiatives through information gathering, distribution of business updates, and other ad hoc projects.
- Manage off-site records storage (Record Express), including document retrieval and records administration.
- Coordinate Senior Team vacation schedules to maintain visibility of executive absences.
- Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings involving Senior Leadership, the Board, and Shareholders.
- Support corporate and team events, including Tridel group events, Asset Management social activities, and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain office operations, including supplies inventory and coordination of office equipment maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to Asset Management team members as required.
- Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants across the organization to ensure seamless support, cross-functional communication, and operational effectiveness.

The Architect of Your Success

- Minimum 10 years of previous professional and administrative experience, preferably in a direct support role to an executive or executive team




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management ability
- Developed EQ with the ability to build professional relationships across the organization and with key stakeholders
- Ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Communications, or similar post-secondary academic diploma is an asset.
