About the Opportunity

Our client is a thriving manufacturing company based in North York, Ontario, and we're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. What You'll Do

- Analyze production costs, margins, and manufacturing variances (labor, material, overhead)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Partner with plant/operations leadership to support cost control and efficiency initiatives
- Support budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory valuation processes
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support
- Work within Sage ERP (Sage X3 or similar) to extract, manage, and analyze financial data




- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and senior management

What You Bring

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- CPA designation (or actively working towards it) preferred — CMA/CGA background also valued
- 4–7 years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Manufacturing/production environment experience is a must
- Hands-on experience with Sage ERP systems strongly preferred
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Sharp analytical mind with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting findings to non-finance stakeholders
