- We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A; team and support consolidated P&L; oversight. Reporting to OpenTable’s Manager of FP&A;, this high-visibility role provides direct exposure to senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- You will play a key role in leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions, optimize resource allocation, and enhance business performance across the organization
- Lead the financial planning process—including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning—to deliver actionable insights for business performance
- Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and translate complex financial data into clear reports and executive dashboards for senior leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Product, and Accounting to assess financial impacts, evaluate business opportunities, and optimize resources
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate return on investment for new products, growth initiatives, and market expansions
- Drive work streams for cross-functional strategic projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with long-term company goals
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize financial systems, reporting, and analysis to improve accuracy and scalability

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex insights to leadership
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting
- Experience working with specialized financial planning software (e.g., Pigment or OneStream)
- Experience leading cross-functional work streams and coordinating deliverables across multi-department teams
- Proven ability to independently identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
