We are seeking a creative, strategic and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead a range of large-scale projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong design sensibility, project leadership skills, and deep understanding of the interior design process from concept to completion. The Role

- Lead and manage project timelines, scheduling and budgets to ensure project quality and creative vision are met.
- Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate designers, providing direction, feedback, and support throughout various project phases.
- Represent the firm in client presentations and meetings, demonstrating clear communication, professionalism, and leadership.
- Conduct site visits to review progress, address issues, and ensure design integrity is maintained throughout.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.
- Oversee material sourcing, specifications, custom millwork designs,



and finish selections, maintaining vendor relationships.

Requirements

- 7+ years of interior design experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to communicate confidently with both clients and collaborators.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion, including managing budgets, schedules, and design teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience conducting site visits, managing installations, and resolving on-site challenges to uphold design integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate daily in person at our Yorkville, Toronto office.
- A valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle.
