Victor Canada seeks a senior leader to direct the Employee & Individual Advantages business in Canada. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days weekly.

You will partner with carriers, plan advisors, and key clients to drive growth, strengthen operations, and advance transformation through AI-enabled solutions and data analytics. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive client-centric culture, and own divisional P&L; with a focus on measurable impact and strategic growth
