Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will lead Financial Planning and Analysis while developing strategic business plans for the Sports department, including Olympic reporting. Your leadership will guide a finance qualified as you collaborate with Directors to align budgets and forecasts seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on annual budget and forecast development
- Perform financial analyses to drive strategic initiatives
- Evaluate expenditures and advise on future planning
- Monitor departmental budgets and Olympic financial reporting
- Present financial results to senior management quarterly
Requirements:
- CPA designation required with 8-10 years of FP&A; experience
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Oracle and Workday an asset
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
