HOOPP is seeking a Senior Investment Performance Systems professional to lead the operation of the P&L; system (Ortec Pearl), data flows, and reporting automation. You will work across IT, Front, Middle, and Back Offices to implement robust solutions for investment reporting and analytics.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in a technical investment role, with solid SQL/Python, BI tool experience, and leadership capabilities.
