Lead mental health support initiatives with Humanity & Inclusion as a Senior MHPSS Technical Officer based in Aden, Yemen. Drive impactful programs and enhance psychosocial support projects in a conflict-affected region. As a vital part of the Yemen team, you'll provide expert guidance and support for Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) interventions.
Your role includes ensuring project quality and facilitating technical learning. Work collaboratively with field teams while adapting project documentation and contributing to capacity-building efforts for local partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance for MHPSS activities and quality benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with internal quality and technical standards
- Conduct technical training for field teams and local partners
- Collaborate on project documentation and reporting
- Contribute to the design and adaptation of MHPSS service delivery Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology or counseling
- Minimum 2 years of MHPSS experience in humanitarian contexts
- Robust communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proven experience in training and capacity building
