Altum Health, a department within University Health Network, Hamilton, seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Hamilton team. You will treat clients with orthopedic conditions, help manage rehabilitation and return-to-work processes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

You will also lead or participate in group education sessions and contribute to cross-site duties as needed, supporting a patient‑centered approach in a energetic health‑care
