Your experience will be pivotal in ensuring new partners excel in their first year, while also building the necessary systems for network efficiency. Moreover, you will lead a growing team and closely collaborate with the founders to implement HEAL's expansion strategy. Key Responsibilities:

- Own franchisee onboarding for operational success
- Oversee readiness for new store openings
- Manage unit-level profitability and optimize performance
- Set and enforce national operational standards
- Lead execution of menu rollouts and initiatives Requirements:
- 7+ years in multi-unit operations, QSR or FSR
- Proven experience with new franchisee support
