L3Harris Technologies’ WESCAM division in Hamilton, Ontario, seeks a Senior Specialist, Mechanical Engineering (L4) to design and analyze complex opto-mechanical and electromechanical systems from concept through production, applying advanced methods and leading projects.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, design reviews, verification and validation support, and keeping pace with materials science and manufacturing techniques. This is a full‑time in office position in Hamilton.
