League is one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Canada and the leading healthcare experience platform. That gap costs health plans and health systems money, and it costs people their health. Health plans and health systems trust us to do this at scale.
As a Senior or Staff Software Engineer, Backend on our Platform Engineering team, you bring deep technical expertise to the design and delivery of the foundational services and developer tools that power League’s engineering organization; You take ownership of complex, ambiguous problems across the platform’s backend systems, from service architecture to production reliability, and set the technical bar through your own work. At Senior level, that ownership centers on your own services and team. setting architecture direction, raising engineering standards platform-wide, and mentoring senior engineers. Both levels partner closely with Platform Engineering leadership, Product, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure the platform scales with League’s growth.
