You will partner with People Experience, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure HRIS, ATS, and performance tools meet organizational needs and scale with growth.

You will lead roadmap development, drive multi-year strategy, and implement automation and AI-powered workflows while advancing API integrations and data integrity across platforms.
