In this leadership role, you will enhance children's learning experiences via developmentally appropriate practices and mentoring approaches. Whether guiding through structured, inquiry-driven, or physical literacy-focused curricula, each classroom environment is designed for meaningful growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a homeroom with engaging learning experiences
- Plan curriculum aligned with Montessori or Reggio frameworks
- Facilitate individual and small-group learning activities




- Support children's development in self-regulation and problem-solving
- Mentor Group Educators and maintain classroom standards Requirements:
- Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification
- Minimum 2 years working with preschool-aged children
- Experience planning early learning curriculum
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
