Own discovery end-to-end, identifying and validating user problems through research, data analysis, and direct conversations with our different user personas. Drive execution from concept to launch, then iterate based on user feedback and usage data to improve the experience Design and run a rigorous experimentation program - form hypotheses, define metrics, ship tests, and iterate based on results Oversee day-to-day development and delivery,
