Job Title: Senior Civil Estimator — Edmonton, AB | $130K–$150K A well-established Western Canada civil contractor is hiring a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating team and partner with senior leadership on bidding strategy and proposal development. Lead the estimating team through the full bid cycle from monitoring bid sites and leads to tender submission Oversee detailed cost estimates (labor, materials, overheads) across unit price, lump sum, T&M;, and conceptual contracts Complete quantity take-offs and review scope for gaps/overlaps before issuing to subcontractors Evaluate subcontractor/vendor pricing, qualifications, and market trends Assess tender risk/quality before committing to bid; Coordinate proposal packages, clarifications, and site visits with stakeholders Prepare turnover packages and support project kick-offs 3+ years managing an estimating team for civil scopes; Proficient in Excel, MS Project, Adobe ~
