Noory Engineering Inc. is seeking a highly organized Proposal Writer to help expand our growing portfolio of public and private sector projects in Fredericton, Recent Brunswick.

You will lead the preparation of proposals and EOIs, coordinate with engineers and PMs, and ensure timely, persuasive submissions. You will review RFPs, identify requirements, and monitor tender opportunities through MERX, NBON, and portals.
