Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager based in Canada. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced proposal professional to lead complex, strategic pursuits for prospective and existing customers globally.

You’ll own the proposal lifecycle from qualification and planning through writing, review, submission, and continuous improvement.

The role requires robust collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Services, Finance, Legal, Security, Marketing, and other business functions.

You’ll combine strategic thinking, competitive awareness, exceptional writing,



and project management to create compelling and differentiated responses.

As a senior member of the Proposal Management function, you’ll influence stakeholders, mentor colleagues, and help strengthen proposal operations and best practices.
