The Senior

Risk and Control Analyst is responsible for conducting financial due diligence reviews to mitigate financial and other risks for the export portfolio business. This role safeguards assets and improves overall business efficiency.

The Senior Riskand

ControlAnalyst is also responsible for evaluating processes, test control effectiveness, and ensure compliance with CCC’s policies and procedures Support the review, enhancement and adherence to the corporation’s policy suite. Perform annual risk assessments and regularly test the design and operating effectiveness of key controls.



Identify control deficiencies or weaknesses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track corrective actions Conduct financial risk analysis of suppliers, foreign governments, and private sector customers; utilize available data, analytics, and insights e.g., identify opportunities and manage risks to support decision making Review, analyze, and assess foreign and domestic contracts, ensure clauses meet financial risk standards and provide input on conditions and tailored packages to mitigated and reduce exposure e.g., financing, payment structure, insurance requirements, performance bonds, guarantees Support the enterprise risk management program Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures and supporting tools CPA or CFA designation in valuable standing Minimum of five years of experiencewith financial and operationalrisk and control framework Deep understanding of internal control frameworks (SOX 404, COSO), enterprise risk frameworks, Knowledge of financial due diligence, general risk management practices related to banking and/or surety industries, and international trade English Essential.
