Travel: Frequent travel throughout Ontario, with occasional travel across Canada and the USA We're looking for a Senior Social Media Content Creator to help shape how barBURRITO shows up online. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can take content from idea to execution. You'll develop concepts, shoot and edit short-form content, manage our social community, work with creators and production partners, and use performance insights to guide what we do next.

You'll regularly travel to barBURRITO restaurants across Ontario, with occasional travel across Canada and the USA, to capture content. One day you might be filming a TikTok in-store, and the next you could be working alongside a videographer or food stylist on a national campaign. A portfolio or link to relevant social content is required with your application.

Social

Media & Brand Voice Evolve barBURRITO's voice and personality across social platforms. Develop social strategies and content calendars that grow awareness, engagement and community. Own and evolve the brand voice across social channels, exploring its depth, understanding its nuances,



and ensuring every piece of content and community interaction feels authentic, consistent, and unmistakably on-brand.

Content Creation

Concept, shoot, edit and produce short-form content for TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms. Create original concepts, recurring series, relatable skits and trend-driven content. Travel to restaurants across Canada and the USA to capture content with teams, customers, franchise partners and creators.

Work with videographers, photographers, food stylists and other creative partners on larger shoots and campaigns. Develop creator briefs and manage activations from outreach through execution. Track performance and identify creators and partnerships worth developing further.

National Campaigns

Partner with the marketing team on national campaigns, promotions and product launches. Develop social-first ideas and content plans that bring larger campaigns to life online. Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and production partners to execute content.

Monitor social performance across views, reach, engagement, shares, saves and follower growth. Report on performance and identify why certain content is working. 5+ years of experience in social media,



content creation, digital marketing or a related role. ~ A robust portfolio of social-first content, particularly short-form video. ~ Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, social trends and internet culture. ~ Hands-on experience filming, editing and producing content. ~ Strong creative instincts, copywriting skills and understanding of brand voice. ~ Experience with community management and influencer or creator partnerships. ~ Experience directing shoots and working with creative or production partners. ~ Strong organizational and project management skills. ~ Comfortable using social analytics to inform creative decisions. ~ Willing and able to travel frequently throughout Canada and the USA. Food, restaurant, QSR, retail, lifestyle or consumer brand experience is an asset, but not required.

Have created social content that significantly overperformed or went viral. Have a natural on-camera presence and aren't afraid to put yourself into the content. Understand the difference between an ad and content people actually want to watch.
